TIME FOR PILATES!

What?
Pulsing Pilates is composed of 20 minutes low impact cardio to create heat, 20 minutes of Pilates strength training for a deep burn, and a 20 minutes dynamic stretch sequence to lengthen and define. All this to motivating music, fun transitions and powerful choreography!
When?
Pilates Classes are throughout the week, all with our amazing instructor Daniela Laverde. Classes last 60 minutes and consist of an extensive range of exercises, stretches and positions.
