Boot Camp is a fun mix of cardio- and resistance training using stairs, rails, trees, benches & own body weight to tone & strengthen the larger muscles in your body.
Boot Camp Classes are throughout the week and are all instructed by certified trainer Maria Mansfeldt. Classes last 60 minutes and consist of an extensive range of exercises, stretches and positions. So get ready!
