Body Sculpt – here we focus on muscle-toning and core strength. In these non-aerobic classes we use weight bars, exercise bands, or dumbbells, or a combination of these tools. During this fun class, we do different traditional weight-training moves to tone our bodies and strengthen our muscles.
Body Sculpt Classes are on Friday mornings at 9 am and are instructed by Mia Mansfeldt. Classes last 60 minutes and consist of an extensive range of exercises.
