Pulse Instructors’ favourite health apps

I love this app from Jamie Oliver (I am a fan of his recipes too btw!!).

It makes me realize that it is not the big things in life that matters most, but the small daily things we do that makes our lives what they are.

And it only takes a few minutes (or more if you want it to) of your day. It’s all about YOU and what you make out of it!

(One of my favorite ones: smile at someone today and see how many people actually will smile back at you!)

Here is the app: https://you-app.com/

I am addicted to these 2 food apps! They give me amazing tasty food ideas using whole foods and plant based recipes that contain a minimum use of dairy, wheat, sugar and meat.

Deliciously Ella: Get inspired to cook without meat, dairy, white sugar and wheat and give your body a break from processed foods, chemicals and additives.

Green Kitchen is filled with tasty and inspiring vegetarian food with ingredients straight from nature and a bare minimum of gluten, sugar and dairy products.

Customize your workouts for the days when you can't make it to class! The app contains yoga, strength training, running, and cardio routines in the form of videos, photo tutorials and guides with precise instructions. It is high quality, easy to use and constantly updated with new creative moves and routines!

Having read this I thought it was extremely informative.
I appreciate you spending some time and energy to put this short article together.

I once again find myself personally spending way too much
time both reading and commenting. But so what, it was still worthwhile!
